LEDERBERG, Justice.

This case came before the Supreme Court on the appeal of the defendant, Winfield Snow, from a judgment of conviction of one count of first-degree murder and one count of conspiracy to commit robbery. The defendant received a life sentence on the murder charge and a consecutive term of ten years on the conspiracy count.
