OPINION 1
GEE, Circuit Judge.
Four public school teachers who were all employed by the Roma Independent School District in the school year 1971-72 bring this suit alleging that action taken by the district’s Board of Trustees on May 17, 1972, violated their first amendment rights of association and their fourteenth amendment rights to due process of law.
