This appeal comes from a probate court judgment setting aside its previous order admitting a certain paper writing to probate as the last will of Lillian Frances Starnes, deceased. Appellant is the surviving spouse and appellees are the surviving heirs at law. The judgment appealed from was rendered upon appellees’ petition to contest the probate of the will based on allegations that the will had been revoked by the testatrix.
