The six complainants', all stockholders of the Home Life Insurance Company of America, a Delaware corporation, have filed their bill against that company and the Home Protective Company, also a Delaware corporation, on behalf of themselves and of other stockholders. It appears that the officers of the two defendant companies are, and for more than nine years and during the transactions complained, of, have- been- the same persons, and during the same period a majority of the directors of the insurance Company were also directors of the Protective Company.
