Defendant has moved this court to have a writ of temporary injunction granted by the district court suspended pending its appeal here.

On July 20, 1960, plaintiff moved the district court for an order granting a temporary injunction restraining the defendant from selling, offering for sale, or advertising for sale any commodities, articles, goods, wares, or merchandise at less than the cost thereof to the defendant as vendor in violation of Minn.
