Plaintiff Leicha Richardson-Holness brings this action under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1985 against New York City Department of Education (“DOE”) administrators Michael A. Alexander, Ainsley Cumber-batch, and Antoinette Martin. Plaintiffs Second Amended Complaint (“SAC”) asserts claims of sex discrimination, hostile work environment, and conspiracy against all defendants.
