{¶ 1} Respondent, Eric D. Hall of Medina, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0067566, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1997.

{¶ 2} On November 29, 2010, relator, disciplinary counsel, filed an amended complaint with the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline alleging 13 counts of misconduct.
