On October 20, 19.06, Girard N. Whitney leased from Dudley S. Harde and Herbert Si Harde certain premises in the city of New York for a period of four years and eleven months commencing November 1, 1906, and ending September 30, 1911. The rent reserved was $3,000 a year payable in monthly installments on the. first day I of each month.
