Standridge, J.:

Rodney Coleman appeals from two separate forgeiy convictions, one for forgery as defined by K.S.A. 21-3710(a)(2) and the other for forgery as defined by K.S.A. 21-3710(a)(3). Relevant to both convictions, Coleman argues the State failed to present sufficient evidence to establish that he issued and delivered — or possessed and intended to issue and deliver — a fraudulent check, each of which are alternative means of committing forgeiy based on the juiy instructions at trial.
