McCORMICK, Justice.

We reverse a trial court ruling which sustained defendant’s challenge to the constitutionality of Iowa’s statute banning prostitution, § 724.1, The Code.

A county attorney’s information was filed charging defendant with prostitution, alleging that “on or about the 27th day of September 1974, in the County of Black Hawk and State of Iowa, [she] did willfully, unlawfully and feloniously for the purpose of prostitution and lewdness, resort to, use and occupy a certain house for such purpose in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and was there found leading a life of prostitution and…
