This is an action by Vencl Skalak, plaintiff and appellant, against the County of Seward, Nebraska, and Hawkeye-Security Insurance Company, a corporation, defendants and appellees, originally instituted in the Nebraska Workmen’s Compensation Court to recover workmen’s compensation benefits on account of an alleged accident, claimed to have arisen out of the employment of plaintiff by the defendant county, on or about November 13, 1959.
