1Opinion of the Court

KAREN KING MITCHELL, Judge.

Kimberly L. Paul appeals her conviction, following a bench trial, of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, under section 195.202, for which Paul was sentenced to forty-eight hours in the Clinton County Jail. Paul challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support her conviction, arguing that the State failed to prove that she had knowledge of the nature of the controlled substance. Because the record on appeal reflects that the trial *592court failed to enter a final judgment, we must dismiss the appeal.
