**656 The primary issue presented in this case is how to establish the fair market value of a repossessed automobile pursuant to G. L. c. 255B, § 20B. Under § 20B, a creditor who repossesses and sells a vehicle is entitled to recover from the debtor the deficiency, if any, that remains after deducting the "fair market value" of the vehicle from the debtor's unpaid balance.
