PETERS, J.

Petitioner, Trunnel Price, seeks writs of prohibition and mandamus to restrain respondent court from using against him certain *839evidence obtained in the execution of a search warrant and to compel the court to order disclosure of the identity of a confidential informer.

Price was charged by an indictment with discharging a firearm at a vehicle, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, and two counts of attempted murder. He has entered pleas of not guilty to all counts.
