This case concerns objections of petitioner Randall, Burkart/Randall Division of Tex-tron, Inc. (Randall) to various aspects of a decertification election held in its Blythe-ville, Arkansas plant. In September and early October 1977 the union representing the employees at the plant engaged in a strike because of its inability to negotiate a new collective bargaining agreement.
