C. W. Toles & Company was incorporated under the laws of this State on November 24, 1926, to conduct a general brokerage business in securities, including land contracts and mortgages, to buy, sell, lease and improve real estate, and to act as ag’ents, managers or brokers in connection with the establishment and promulgation of corporations, associations or any other form of business enterprise.
