I. INTRODUCTION

This is an appeal from a bankruptcy court decision. The underlying issue involves a contract dispute between Plaintiff/Appellee McTevia & Associates (McTe-via) and Defendant/Appellant United States Debt Recovery III LP’s (USDR).
