Appeals from two orders of the Family Court of *1446Cortland County (Campbell, J.), entered September 2, 2009 and October 21, 2009, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Social Services Law § 384-b, to adjudicate Sierra C. a permanently neglected child, and terminated respondent’s parental rights.
