MEMORANDUM AND OPINION

THIS MATTER is before the Court on the Notice of Appeal of Gilbert J. Joseph (“the husband”) and Susan R. Joseph (“the wife”) (collectively “the Debtors”). [Doc. 1].

I. INTRODUCTION

More than a year after the Debtors’ “no asset” discharge of their Chapter 7 bankruptcy, Langdon M. Cooper (“the Trustee”) discovered assets of the Debtors that were previously undisclosed and their case was reopened.
