This action for accountant malpractice, negligence and breach of contract arises out of the alleged failure of defendant Steiner and Mondore, an accounting firm, to perform its yearly "review” examination of plaintiff’s financial records in a professionally competent manner. Plaintiff contends that *227defendants failed to discover and bring to plaintiffs attention certain irregularities in the company’s books.
