Plaintiff Colgan Air, Inc., (“Colgan”) appeals the district court’s order granting summary judgment for Defendant Ray-theon Aircraft Company (“Raytheon”) on Colgan’s claims of negligence, strict liability, and breach of express and implied warranties arising out of the crash of a Beech 1900D aircraft (Registration No. N240GJ) (“Aircraft”) that resulted in the death of the pilot and copilot.
