On July 21, 1999, Jean Covello (“Covel-lo” or the “plaintiff’) filed an amended complaint in which she alleges that the Depository Trust Company (“Depository Trust” or a “defendant”), her former employer, discriminated against her on the basis of a disability in violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101, et seq.
