Appeal by the defendant, as limited by her motion, from an amended sentence of the County Court, Nassau County (Wexner, J.), imposed June 11, 1993, revoking a sentence of probation previously imposed by the same court, upon a finding that she had violated the conditions thereof, after a hearing, and imposing a sentence of imprisonment upon her previous conviction of *943attempted arson in the third degree, the sentence being 2 Vs to 7 years.

Ordered that the amended sentence is reversed, on the law, and the matter is remitted to the County Court, Nassau County, for resentencing in accordance…
