Appeal by the de*591fendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Brown, J.), rendered August 24, 2000, convicting him of sexual abuse in the first degree, sodomy in the second degree, and endangering the welfare of a child, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
