This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court affirming an order of the probate court admitting to probate the last will and testament of the late R. A. Williams of Ellsworth county.

R. A. Williams, otherwise known as Arthur Williams, was a bachelor who had resided for many years on his Ellsworth county farm of 400 acres. At the time of his death he was about eighty years of age. He was a man of considerable means, owning 640 acres of land in Lincoln county in addition to his Ellsworth county farm, and he likewise possessed…
