Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles, dated April 22, 1987, which affirmed a determination of *644an Administrative Law Judge made after a hearing to revoke the petitioner’s operator’s license.

Adjudged that the determination of the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles is confirmed, and the proceeding is dismissed on the merits, with costs.
