OPINION

HOFFMAN, Judge.

Appellant-defendant Jack Woods, Sr. appeals from his convictions for dealing in cocaine, as Class A felonies, two counts; failure to pay the controlled substance excise tax, a Class D felony; and an habitual offender enhancement. The facts relevant to this appeal disclose Woods participated in two drug buys conducted by the Fort Wayne Police Department.
