Mr. Justice Brown,

James Simpson, who had been married twice, died October 29, 1886. By his first marriage he had two children — Arthur and Adam — both of whom died, leaving children, before he made his will. By his second marriage he had seven children — two sons arid five daughters — all living at the time of his death. After some minor bequests and devises and a direction as to the use to be made of his residence, the testator provided as follows by the seventh clause of his will: "Inasmuch as I consider that the families of my deceased sons, Arthur and Adam are abundantly and…
