DECISION AND ORDER
HECKMAN, United States Magistrate Judge.
The parties have consented to have the undersigned conduct any and all further proceedings in this case, including the entry of final judgment, in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 636(c). Currently pending for decision is the Commissioner’s motion for judgment on the pleadings (Item 10). For the following reasons, the motion is denied and plaintiffs claim is remanded to the Commissioner for further development of the record and reconsideration of plaintiffs application.
