I. INTRODUCTION

In April of 2009, Plaintiff Jessica Monge Ocasio applied for disability and disability insurance benefits under the Social Security Act. Plaintiff alleges that she has been unable to work since May of 2005 due to physical and mental impairments. The Commissioner of Social Security denied Plaintiffs application.
