— This dispute partly involves whether RCW 4.24.010 was correctly applied in a summary judgment to bar Christina L. Vick Blumenshein’s damage claim for herself arising from her minor daughter’s injury in a bicycle-car accident with Joan M. Voelker. The undisputed facts show the mother’s failure to regularly contribute to daughter Felicia Felch’s support for some time both before and after the accident as required by the statute and her general lack of contact with Felicia at that time.
