This is an appeal from a judgment entered on a verdict directed at the close of complainant’s case in favor of defendant, State Farm Fire and Casualty Corp., on a second amended cross complaint by Frank Thompson, a/k/a Eddie Jackson, its insured, to recover damages deriving from defendant’s alleged breach of its automobile insurance policy.
