I^By order entered May 28, 2008, the Crawford County Circuit Court granted a motion for summary judgment in favor of Green Tree Servicing, LLC (“Green Tree”). The court found that the Commissioner of State Lands failed to conduct the sale of the property in question in accordance with the dictates of Ark. Code Ann. § 26-37-301(a)(2) (Supp.2007). Accordingly, Green Tree had the first lien on property formerly belonging to Katherine and Mark DeSantis. 1 Jarsew, LLC, purchaser of the subject property in a tax sale, appeals from the grant of summary judgment.
