Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Torraca, J.), entered May 9, 1997 in Ulster County, which denied defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
Plaintiff commenced this action to recover for injuries sustained when he slipped and fell on an icy sidewalk while attempting to place money in a parking meter maintained by defendant.
