The petition in this case sets forth, that the plaintiff is, and has been since the year 1827, owner in fee of lot No. 26, as laid down on a plat of lots made by the guardians of the heirs of Israel Ludlow deceased, the same being situated between the termini of Fifth and Sixth Streets, in the western part of the city of Cincinnati, upon which the plaintiff has erected houses, and other valuable improvements.
