Before the Court is a Motion for Summary Judgment [Ree. Doc. 19] filed by defendants, Procter & Gamble Company, Procter & Gamble Distributing Company, and Procter & Gamble Manufacturing Company (collectively, “defendant” or “Procter & Gamble”); and a Motion in Opposition to defendant’s Motion [Rec. Doc. 21] filed by plaintiffs, Francis Jude Broussard and Rachel Gremillion Brous-sard. In their Opposition, plaintiffs make a conditional request for additional time to conduct discovery.
