Idaho Supreme Court
1Opinion of the Court
EISMANN, Justice.
This is an appeal out of Canyon County from a declaratory judgment holding that addenda to the teachers’ employment contracts with Nampa School District No. 131 were illegal and unenforceable. The addenda provided that the teachers would voluntarily reduce their annual compensation by donating from one to four days of compensa*89tion to the School District. We affirm the judgment of the district court.
