This is an appeal from an order entered July 2, 1986 by Honorable Edward M. Peek, judge of the Circuit Court of St. Louis. Pursuant to the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act, Chapter 407 RSMo 1978, appellants were permanently enjoined and prohibited from soliciting advertisements or any related type of sale with respect to law enforcement journals or charitable organization without a written contract authorizing this' representation.
