Motion by the plaintiff for reargument or leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from an order of this court, dated October 20, 1986, which, inter alia, affirmed a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County (Isseks, J.), dated April 11, 1985, which, upon granting the defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the plaintiffs second amended verified complaint and denying the plaintiffs cross motion to compel further disclosure, dismissed the second amended verified complaint on the merits.
