This claim was initially brought by Aida M. Delfau's. Gonzalez (“Plaintiff’) against Spirit Airlines (“Spirit” or “Defendant”) in the Puerto Rico Court of First Instance, San Juan Superior Court, under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 621 et seq.; Puerto Rico Law 100 of June 30, 1959 (“Law 100”), P.R.
