FAKE, District Judge.

This case was removed from the Second District Court of the City of Paterson by an order of the Judge of that court, and the plaintiff now moves to remand to the court from whence it came.

The City District Court is what may be termed a small cause court in the sense that its jurisdiction is limited not to exceed $500 and the pleadings therein are less formal and do not follow the practice and procedure of the higher courts of the state. The cause of action is set forth in a written “State of Demand” and, when the same is served with the summons, a notice may be indorsed…
