Pending before the Court is Plaintiffs Gerald A. Fast, Talisha Cheshire and Brady Gehrling’s Motion for Conditional Class Certification and Approval of Notice to Putative Class Members [Doc. #45]. In their Motion, Plaintiffs ask the Court to conditionally certify two classes.
