Appellant was tried without a jury and convicted in the Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County for offering to bribe and bribing a corporate employee in violation of the Act of June 24, 1939, P. L. 872, §667, 18 P.S. §4667. The Superior Court affirmed the conviction. Commonwealth v. Murray, 206 Pa. Superior Ct. 298, 213 A. 2d 162 (1965).
