MEMORANDUM

ECHOLS, Chief Judge.

Presently pending before the Court are the following motions: (1) Plaintiffs’ Second Motion to Amend (Docket Entry No. 8), to which Defendants have not responded; (2) Defendant Metropolitan Board of Public Education’s Motion to Dismiss (Docket Entry No. 4), to which Plaintiffs respond in opposition; and (3) Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss Entire Case (Docket Entry No. 13), to which Plaintiffs also respond in opposition. For the reasons explained herein, the Court hereby GRANTS Plaintiffs’ Second Motion to Amend. Plaintiffs shall file an Amended Complaint…
