Defendant, Martin Edwards, was charged in the municipal criminal court of the city of Tulsa with the violation of the prohibition laws of the state by soliciting the sale of intoxicating liquor; was tried, convicted and sentenced to pay a fine of $250, and to serve a term of 90 days in the county jail of Tulsa county, and bas appealed.
