Now before the Court is an Application to Vacate Arbitration Award filed by Applicants Hughes Training, Inc., Hughes Electronics Corporation, and Raytheon Company (collectively “Raytheon”). Respondents Gracie Cook and Littleton Cook (collectively “Respondents”) have filed an opposition response to the application, and Raytheon has submitted a reply to the response.
