This case involves public bids for a contract for the purchase of a fire alarm system by the named defendant Eastern Connecticut State University (university). In this action for injunctive relief and a writ of mandamus, the plaintiff, Blesso Fire Systems, Inc., appeals1 from the judgment of the trial court dismissing the action for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
