MEMORANDUM OPINION
ROBERT F. FUSSELL, Chief Judge.
Before the Court are the motions to dismiss filed by the United States of America, through the Farmers Home Administration (FmHA), and A.L. Tenney, Trustee, in the above case. Also before the Court is the motion to dismiss, motion for relief from stay and objection to extension of time to file a plan filed by Desser Aud and Barbara Van Fossan.
