This is a sequel to our decision in Shlim v. Alimeg, Inc., 87 Or App 178, 742 P2d 54, rev den 304 Or 547, cert den 487 US 1218 (1987), a forcible entry and detainer action involving these parties in which we affirmed the judgment granting restitution of the premises. After the conclusion of the appellate proceedings in the FED case, plaintiffs brought this action against CML, Inc.
