MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
MAGNUSON, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court1 on consolidated appeals from three orders of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida.
BACKGROUND
This case arises out of the insolvency of Old Naples Securities, Inc. (“ONSI”). ONSI was a securities broker-dealer with offices in Naples, Florida and Bethlehem and Wyomissing, Pennsylvania.
